Four-arm-up design with one cylinder and heavy-duty timing bar per set of arms. Optional 40° or 360° lateral tilt available for boom mount applications. Patented 360º wrist system using Quadco’s field proven double reduction gear box and two motors for maximum feller buncher versatility. Model 360-degree “High Torque” fits most applications. Extreme service model “VI” designed for large West Coast timber uses twin pinion to reduce gear tooth loading and improve pinion life. New tilt bearing design using replaceable wear resistant steel plates hardened to maximum Rockwell rating to resist high axial and bending loads. All cylinders cushioned. Large saw base with up to 50″” throat opening and up to 5.8 sq.ft. accumulating area. Saw disk available in either one-piece or segmented style with four sided rotatable QuadTooth® system. Front-end or boom mount. Fits most popular feller buncher models.

New “Arms-up” style high speed disc saw head specially designed for small eastern timber where high accumulation capacity and fast cycles are required. Weighs only 6,600 lbs with 360-degree high torque tilt-ideal for long reach booms.

22″ tree capacity, single pass. Operating Weight 6,300 lbs (c/w typical mounting lugs for drive-to-tree feller buncher). Overall height 117″. Width 70″. Depth 73″. Cast arms for maximum durability. Heavy 16-tooth saw disc with rotatable heat-treated or carbide teeth. Disc available with either one-piece or segmented style. 57″ tip-to-tip diameter, rated speed 1150 rpm. Improved saw housing with 80% more tooth clearance and special wear-resistant steel skirt plate for better protection even in most abrasive conditions. Protection even in most abrasive conditions. Wide saw base with 52″ max. throat opening, 41″ opening at the tips and 4.8 sq.ft. accumulating area. Hydraulic lines routed through centralized location for best protection and less downtime.
