NOTICE OF SERVICE RATE CHANGE

***Effective 4/1/2024***

Thank you for choosing Ricer Equipment, Inc. for your service, repairs, and maintenance. We always strive to provide you with the same quality work and availability you have come to expect from Ricer Equipment for your Tigercat machinery and our full Kubota line up. We welcome any request and will do our best when you need service, required maintenance, or down-machine repairs.

Regarding economic changes in the market, we need to update our service pricing structure. Listed below are our updated service and travel expense related items that you may see as we move forward with our day to day operations.

Regular Service:

Monday - Friday
8 AM EST - 5 PM EST
$110/hour in-shop (Ag & lawn)
$125/hour in-shop (Forestry & construction)
$135/hour in the field (and Kubota commercial)
$125/hour travel time

After-Hours Service:

Anything outside of regular service, including holidays and weekends
$200/hour

Travel Related Expenses:

Hotel expenditures

TRACTOR DYNO TEST SPECIAL

A PTO dynamometer test will simulate your tractor being under a heavy load. This allows us to find problems before they happen, and replicate problems that only happen under load. This is a great service for commercial as well as hobby operators, to reduce or eliminate your downtime. Think of it like a health checkup on your tractor.

Special Price, only $250 for complete test. Includes a full printed report on the health of your tractor.
